    They arrived 5 hours late for a 3pm appointment. We got stuck with loading the truck until midnight. It was packed so poorly that all of our belongings would not fit. They did not strap the load properly with the supplied straps or use all the provided furniture pads. Once we arrived at our new home, it took about 45 minutes to get the roll-up door open because the load shifted due to lack of strapping. We also have a significant amount of damaged furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
