  • They did not reach out to me to confirm, they texted me one time on their own to say they were on their way. They were kindly spoken and respectful, but my assessment is compared to the other team the day before. They seem not to know how to use ratchet straps. I informed them to do so and had over 15 supplied to them. They used 0. Instructed to pack to the top of the trailer, did not. Created a void in the middle of the items and just chucked stuff in upside down and right side up on top of fragile light items. I hired the team from yesterday to finish the work they left all over my lawn and street. Choose anyone else, Military Movers is great. Sorry, but I have to be honest. If someone had told me how slow and inefficient they were, one had to wait on the other the whole time and didn’t work together, I never would have booked.

    Thank you for the review. It's important that customers book the appropriate amount of hours in order for the job to be completed. 2 hours booking on a 8 hour job is not going to work.
