  I will make this brief. We hired 2 men for 2 hours. One (Jack) worked hard and did not stop. The other man in the job pretty much stopped working a few mins in. He stayed on the truck and handed us boxes . He also sat on the stairs multiple times resting. The rest of my family had to move the items in and help with the furniture prices. With our help, because we are not people that don’t help, we had the job finished in 1 hour. We paid for 2 hours of work. We were very frustrated with the situation. The reason why we paid for the help was because we had spend the two days prior to the unloading, loading on our and and then a long drive here with additional two vehicles to unload before the moving truck arrived. If customers pay for 2 hours of work then I would just expect actual work being done. Again, Jack the one gentleman on the job worked extremely hard and didn’t complain at all! He was amazing.

  There was a miscommunication between the company's system and the U-Haul site which allowed us to book for loading in Boston on the 4th of July when the movers were supposed to have the day off. Despite this, Devon and Giovanni came through, and were not only prompt but utterly professional! They handled all of our boxes and furniture with care, made sure to create extra padding for TVs, and gave us advice on how to pack the rest of the truck with the things we hadn't yet finished packing. They got everything taken care of incredibly quickly without any worry on our end and saved us an immeasurable amount of time, energy and stress. I would give a higher than five-star rating if I could!
