  • Ended up being worst experience possible. UBox arrived with broken furniture, crushed boxes, like things had been in an earthquake. Heavy boxes were stacked on lightweight boxes creating massive instability in the unit. They didn't use the moving blankets provided. I had arranged for a friend to meet them to open the unit on my behalf. The movers were almost an hour and a half late, rude. And then now to receive my belongings in such bad condition. And UHaul has been of little assistance. The take no responsibility and the insurance does not cover anything. I am terribly frustrated with UHaul, as well as the movers. This whole experience has been a massive disappointment. I spent a good bit of money with UHaul for this UBox delivery and they are acting without integrity.

  • Items were damaged during move out in the home. As well as in the ubox during transit. I believe the in transit damage could have been minimized with additional blankets being used. There were unused blankets in the box.
