• I love the fact that you have communication from beginning to end, the movers were kind and respectful I informed them that I lost my mom and the move was for her they took that information and chose to treated my mom’s items so gently even if they didn’t look valuable to them I appreciate their commitment to completing the task, they did not try to increase the price once they arrived and waited for me to rent the truck that can not be refunded like some movers do they didn’t try to procrastinate and prolong the job to extend the time. This is an amazing, honorable, respectable, quality group of movers I would love to recommend them to anyone.

• I don't even know where to begin. Let me first say that they guys were nice. End of story. If you use them, you better make sure that you wrap, secure, and do whatever is necessary to make sure that your stuff is safe. I took several pictures of my things that were damaged. I don't mean just a little bit, I mean, broken lamps, broken glass, brand new furniture that were (headboard and footboard) turn upside down and slid across the floor of the truck. I don't even know if I can fix those. Corners of furniture that was put up against other furniture that rubbed together causing sever scratches and rubs. They took 2 of the feet off the couch and never told anyone what they did with them. I was furious. It just so happened, that when I pulled a small cabinet out, the drawer opened up and there they were. My move was a 3 hour move and we were extremely tired once we got to our destination. This was very frustrating not to know where the damn feet were to the couch! Worst EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!
