  • Unfortunately the worst moving service I've recieved & extremely stressful. They loaded items like they had no awareness for any space or the way an item should be put. They loaded boxes on the breakable back of my couch that they loaded in sideways. I had to pay extra, because they loaded items I said not to & I had to ask them to rearrange items because my couch would break, which took longer. They put my wooden standing dresser in laying down and now there are chucks missing from it. I'd tell them to load something and they'd forget despite how many times they'd walk past it and how much I'd ask. I even carried the drawers to my dresser to the uhual myself because I wanted them in the dresser and they still forgot! (Among other things I carried) They showed up under the influence and without a dolly even though I sent an inventory of my large items days before. I ended up unloading and reloading the last items myself, because of the mess they made. I could unfortunately go on.
