  • Our experience with this company was terrible. The team arrived late, making our entire day of moving fall behind and a huge headache to deal with. On top of that, they arrived smelling of Marijuana, so much so that our entire house smelled. We had diligently wrapped all of our furniture with furniture pads we purchased, and the moving team unwrapped them to move, never rewrapping them once in the moving truck leading to at least $1000+ of damage to our furniture. Additionally, they lost the pieces of bed frames that had been stored in plastic bags to move, so we are left having to find manufacturer pieces to put our beds back together, some of which have been discontinued leading to needing to purchase brand new bedframes because of the carelessness of this company. We have tried contacting the company for remediation, and they have not replied to us. I would not recommend using these movers.

After reviewing this situation internally, we can confirm that the team assigned to your move was not part of our core crew that our customers consistently leave positive feedback about, as seen in our previous reviews. That said, we take full responsibility for what occurred. The crew involved is no longer working with us, and we have taken steps to ensure this type of situation does not happen again. We are actively working to improve our processes and maintain the level of service our customers expect and deserve.   • Please look no further than Thompson Relocations! From the moment I contacted him (at the last minute) I knew I was in good hands. They responded promptly, communicated a plan, and executed it flawlessly. Mitch and Antonio showed up with such great energy and helped to make a somewhat complicated and chaotic move, into a well organized, efficient and peaceful event. I cannot recommend them enough. Truly grateful.
