• I’d never use this company again. 11 AM appointment For two movers was booked two weeks prior. I get a call the night before asking if they can move till 1230 I said yes, but not a minute after because I have a schedule to keep. Around 130 I get a call from a mover saying he (singular) is on the way over. For the next three hours, they screwed around trying to find a second person to come help with the move. Absolutely unacceptable. Big waste of my time. Joe, the mover was Helpful but this was a two person job. The company left him hanging out to Dry. First of all they made it seem as though it was my fault. I should’ve gone with somebody else. They were the low bidder , but I got what I paid for.

• The helpers were absolutely incredible and worked very hard to ensure we got the task done through adversity (at one point they were stuck in the elevator at the storage facility, but got right back to work as soon as they got out) The only main issue I had was the lack of professionalism in the communication from the corporate office when I pointed out the fact that some items had been left out and not brought down and packed as part of the moving help. I had to go back on my own and carry down the stairs the items and then proceed to reorganize my storage unit by myself to pack these items in that had been left out. The responses I received from the company was bad. They gave me an attitude and made excuses and tried to tell me I didn’t know what I was talking about. Rather than offering remediation or support they gave me an attitude and said it wouldn’t be possible to pack the stuff which is why it was left out and not moved (not true because I packed it by myself after)
