  • If it were not for Paul and his OUTSTANDING service and communication, this score would be much lower. Marisa, the person who responded to my booking, first told me to expect them around ten am. Then called to say it would be a little later. I did not hear from her until after Noon and they did not arrive until almost six! The saving grace was the actual mover, Paul, who text me every step of the way once that first move was finished. There was a snafu with the number of pods delivered and he handled it like a champ and got everything loaded in under thirty minutes. I cannot state how different my experience and this review would have been without Paul.
