They were fast but left in a hurry and I wish they had taken the time to make sure my heavy furniture was placed where I wanted it to be before leaving.

Hi I am sorry to hear your service did not go as planned. Had you let the movers know you needed items moved they would have been more than happy to help. They had no problem helping you lay your carpet down and placing your couch where you wanted when you asked. So I am sure it was just a miscommunication as they probably thought when you gave them the payment code at the end of the job, that was all the help you needed. We appreciate the feedback and will aim to be better in the future.
