50 minutes late for a 2 hour job, I was notified 8 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive. Not ideal, I would not recommend if you are looking for timeliness and good communication and particularly if you are looking to stay on schedule the day of a move. Wouldn’t book them again and wouldn’t recommend.
