I asked about their way of loading and they assured me that with their ten years experience this is how the boxes should be placed. Two boxes arrived crashed. They took the lock and box arrived without a lock. I reinforced that one of the boxes can not have boxes load on top of it and confirmed with one of them also write on the box. When it arrived the box was on the bottom and had several boxes on top of it. I tipped the movers with cash and provided water. I feel they could be more careful with loading or more patience with communication.
