    overall communication wasn't ideal, but it was there. I appreciate that the mover who came brought someone else than scheduled. I believe his worker did not show up for the day. The biggest complaint I have, is my fragile items were placed on the bottom of my storage unit, and I wasn't aware that was something I needed to be concerned about since I labeled all fragile boxes in multiple places. Overall, it was an okay experience. I am hoping and praying none of my fragile items were damaged due to the movers placements of my belongings.

    Handy Hyena Moving

    They weren't able to meet at our requested time because the morning job took longer than expected, but they were quick to let me know as soon as they realized the issue, and the delay wasn't as long as they initially expected. Once they arrived, they worked very hard and quickly in the hot Texas sun. They're help with the larger, heavier items made the move MUCH easier than it would have been without their assistance.
