Don, Emma, and Shawn, when they got to the apartment they assets the situation and got to work. They moved a 1 bedroom apartment into a U Haul and from the U Haul to a storage unite in 2.5 hours. I am very thankful for their help. Would I hire them again, yes. As a matter of fact I hired them to move our thing into our next apartment before they were done with the first move. If I have a need for movers, pain free will be my first call. thanks guys, and Emma.
Oscar and Jose did a wonderful job packing and unloading. Great people
The movers arrived in at 10;52 and I was told they would arrive at 11 so I was not home until 10;59. They started the time from when they arrived instead of when they started working at the agreed time. They moved very slow and found them resting several times while on their phone, while we we were working. They couldnt manage the load. What took 2 hours in the past with 3 flights of steps and more furniture took them 4hrs with no steps and less furniture. They watched time more than working. During the last 10 mins they refused to do any work ( we had about 6 light dining chairs left) and instead of helping until 3pm at the 4 hrs of starting work. They stopped at 250pm and demanded payment code and watched us moved last few things. Very unprofessional. They couldve finished the 10 minutes. They dragged alot of my furniture even the light weight things. They needed a lot of direction. Not professional at loading a truck. I just hope my table was not cracked or damaged. Don’t recommend
