    Mario and his partner arrived together. They started about 35 minutes later than originally scheduled, and the loading took longer than expected, so we ended up adding an extra hour. Even so, it was absolutely worth it. They worked quickly, communicated well, and were very professional throughout the entire move. Carrying everything up to the third floor couldn’t have been easy, but they worked hard without complaining. I could tell they genuinely cared about handling our belongings carefully, and that gave us a lot of peace of mind. Thank you both for your hard work.
