  • To say we were disappointed is an understatement. A move that should have taken 6 hours turned into the longest moving day we've ever had 11 hours to be exact. We had to pay extra money multiple times and even at that we were misquoted pricing comparable to what we originally paid. In the end it cost us an extra $400 to have the job completed, 5 of us had to jump in and help the movers. Bags were tossed on the ground and things fell out, walls were hit in our new place, the one worker was charging his phone and on it and the worst part was one of the workers decided to use a skateboard of ours and try it out. One of the workers was hard working and polite while the other one was careless, reckless, slow and just not what we expected. I will be contacting the company for a partial refund as I feel the one worker caused the extreme delay while the other worked tried his best. I would not recommend using this company unfortunately.
