  • This entire experience with U-Haul from start to finish has been the most frustrating experience. The manager at my departure U-Haul attached my car to the car trailer wrong. The destination UHaul manager told me when she unhooked it that I was lucky it didn't come off in transit which would have slammed into my son who was driving 300 miles behind me. My TV was not secured and the screen cracked. A chair and box spring broke. So it will cost $500 to replace these items. The original unloaders never showed up this morning at 9 am. I lost an entire day because the first company this morning never showed up. I hate this whole experience.

  • Isaiah and his brother showed up on time. And got to work immediately and were both courteous and professional. We have another move coming up and plan on using them again. Would highly recommend these guys.
