If you need the most efficient service, I would probably choose or request something different. We have two very kind teenagers assigned to us, but they were not efficient and did not bring or use the appropriate tools to make the job easier or faster for themselves. They would bring things one at a time across a long distance, rather than load up a cart, fill an elevator, and then unload more stuff via a shorter distance. The company also overbooked them so they arrived late and almost had to leave early. Once again, the actual movers were lovely and polite.
