The 2 men arrived on time, but did not introduce themselves, so I don’t know their names. They did not come with a dolly or hand truck, assuming that my 10 foot U-Haul came with one. It did not. I had confirmed the move earlier in the week and was not asked if I would have a dolly or hand truck. They ended up using my personal hand truck which meant I couldn’t use it to load my car. They called their boss and first told me he would bring them a hand truck. But when asked when it was arriving, we were told he was 2 hour away, so they wouldn’t be getting one. They moved slowly, not with any sense of urgency. They needed guidance and input on how to best use my hand truck and my moving blankets. The truck was loaded ok and nothing was damaged. The only way the job was completed in the 3 hours they were hired for was by my family moving lots of my stuff ourselves, even out of the truck at the end. I would NOT recommend these movers!
