  • Your movers were 4 hours late. They were supposed to get to me at 3pm, but didn’t show up until like 7pm. Keith didn’t even notify me that they would be late until 5.41pm. Which was already well past our start time. He had an attitude the entire move and was extremely pushy for the confrontation code. Your movers did sloppy work, were rushing, box’s were not stacked neatly they were just thrown in because of how late and tired they were, again they were 4 hours late with no heads up. Which caused me to do a lot of work alone and have to pay for an extra day on my U Haul truck reservations. They also broke an item. I would given 0 stars if Keith was the sole mover. The other two are the only reason you got any higher. Extremely disappointing work, I would never come back to you nor would I ever recommend you to anyone else. I guess when you order something Fa Da Low you should expect your service to be just as low.
