• Absolutely unacceptable. Hire someone else. I hired this company to help with a move, and what I got was negligence, unprofessionalism, and damage that cost me hundreds. During the move, they dropped my Peloton treadmill on my hardwood staircase..from several feet up, leaving a deep gouge in the wood and visible scuffs on the treadmill. My staircase is dark hardwood, and the damage is both obvious and expensive. Instead of taking accountability, they had the nerve to take a video proving the treadmill still turns on, as if that excuses their carelessness. To make matters worse, they left the property for over an hour during the time I was paying for their service. I submitted a claim with photo evidence, and I’m still waiting for a proper resolution. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. If this platform allowed photos, I would attach. Yelp might. If you care about your home, your belongings, do yourself a favor and find someone else. You’ve been warned.
