• I booked 2 movers for 2 hours. I got one mover, who arrived late, for 40 minutes. I had to find someone else (a friend) to help load the heavy items, and those items were the only reason I booked a mover at all. It wasn't possible for one person to load alone. So, we loaded most of our own move. I was only provided with part of what I ordered, booked and paid for. After the three of us (one mover, my friend and myself) loaded the UBox. The mover asked me for some code I was supposed to have received by text. He found it in my phone and typed it into his, telling me that the code was to let UHaul know that the job was finished. The code was actually to release payment IN FULL for a job that was only done in part. I never would have agreed to pay fully when I was supposed to have two movers and had to provide my own help to get the job done. The second guy just never showed up. Now, I hear that U-Haul-MovingHelp is 'just a marketplace' and won't help.
