  • Goodness I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars. Booked 2 weeks in advance. Called a few days prior to confirm time. All was good. Then was totally ghosted the morning of our move. Office manager was asleep and didnt know anything. Supervisor wouldn't answer calls until I filed a dispute with moving help. Had to HIRE another moving company. They did eventually show up 2.5 hours late. It was 4 random dudes with 1 guy wearing a security outfit. My guess is they were gonna take my money and run but then rounded up 4 friends to help. Paid for 4 guys for 2 hours. They stayed 56min. Not because it was done...no it was because they were tired and ready to be done. Had to pay other moving company to help move and then finish the move ourselves. Multiple items broke during trip because of horribly stacked amd placed items. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAY! Had to file a dispute to get money back. Not reputable and would never recommend them for any reason.
