  • Kashane was a great communicator up front. Confirmed times and job promptly. Morning of the move we were suppose to meet at 7a. At 6a he delayed to 8. At 730 delayed to 930. At 933 got a text they were just leaving and would be there at 1015. They got there and worked deligently. Loading the truck I wish the took a little more care but were quick. The unload in my new house left very little to be happy with. They damaged my brand new floor in three areas. Put scuffs and dents into multiple doors and walls. They damaged my leather couch. They damaged my sectional couch. They set a couch down on a bamboo plant breaking. They were rude about me asking them to put heavy things in the basement. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone. I now have to file claims with U-Haul to attempt to get the damages they caused and acknowledged repaired as their solution was put sticker on it. Not a moving company, I would compare them to bulls in a china shop.

    There is always two sides of a story and some of these things are not true. We showed respect the whole time we work, because you even gave me a hand shake afterwards. I told you exact what happened and we still showed up, some mover dont even show up or tell you nothing at all. Some of the damages did not happen from us, so thats not true neither. But you can do what you need to sir, we will still stand regardless, we appreciate you using us and hope you have a good one.

  • Kashane and his helper were very nice and very fast and most of the time careful. these did shift some in the truck and boxes started falling forward. I don't think anything was damaged but a box had a rip in it. So we looked inside box and it was not broken. The only thing I didn't really care for is telling me that he charged $50 extra for gas for anything over 40 miles from his business location. I believe that if he doesn't feel he is getting enough payment to cover gas then he should raise it rates per hour. They finished a half hour early and I let them keep the total payment.

    I did not make it a big deal like you explaining, I explain once you said no and I left it alone, because its not a big deal if you have a problem with it. No need to argue about some money I will earn back later, but we thank you for using our services and you be bless.
