• I moved last week and I am still processing how frustrating this experience was with Herrison Moving Services. Their communication leading up to the move was poor, responses to texts took days, and I was unable to reach them via call. On moving day, the movers mistakenly went to my new address instead of the one I was moving from, causing a delay. When they finally arrived, I was surprised to learn that neither mover spoke English. This made communication extremely difficult and was never mentioned ahead of time. I spent a good amount of time using Google Translate just to explain basic instructions, time that should not have been counted against my total hours. Additionally, the movers worked slowly and showed little urgency. One of them out of shape making every task a 2 man job. In the past, I’ve used U-Haul and had great experiences with professional, efficient movers. Unfortunately, this experience was the exact opposite. I can’t recommend Herrison Moving Services.

• Extremely nice people, had a little problem with prior moves running over but when the showed up they move quickly and neatly!! Would definitely use again

• Showed up a little late and moved a little slow but overall did a good job. Could have done a better job packing the U-Haul for space.
