They get the job done but don’t expect them to care for your stuff. They don’t take any pride in their work, it’s purely just for a check. Showed up late and unprepared with no dolly or tools, despite me specifying to bring both. Bent the metal pieces on my bed frame bc they didn’t care to lift it up higher so the pieces wouldn’t drag on the ground. Also left tons of scuffs on the hardwood of my old apartment. Wouldn’t use again.
