• Our two movers, Rian and Chris, were phenomenal! They were so helpful and friendly, it made the move very positive and pleasant! Best moving experience ever!

• Communication needs a lot of improvement. I was literally calling the night before because I hadn't heard from this company and was afraid no one was going to show up. The 2 guys that moved my things only brought one small dolly between the two of them to move my furniture and moved extremely slow for such a small move. The one guy was training the other guy so the amount of time the move took was a lot longer than it should have been. Not something I should be paying $90 an hr for. My brand-new chair was ripped at the bottom because of how my furniture was handled and my new white bed frame was covered in dirt because they threw it on the bottom of the truck. I also had to give a ton of direction to save the integrity of my furniture. If you just have boxes or a few things these guys would be ok but definitely would not recommend to anyone with expensive furniture that requires extra care. The movers were nice but will definitely use a different company next time.
