• This was the WORST experience I have EVER had! They not only broke my belongings, they left them in the hallway unattended and left our apartment unit unattended with the door open. They had crappy attitudes from the get go. They didn’t come prepared. Took 2.5 hours with 3 guys and hardly got anywhere and then they asked for more money. I eventually told them to leave once they told me they ripped my bags open. They didn’t say sorry, nothing. Just demanded more money.

  Your booking was for 2 movers for 2 hours, but we sent 3 movers and worked 2.5 hours. During that time all heavy items were moved from the truck. The remaining items were loose unpacked bags, which take more time to handle. The job also required carrying everything half a block into a parking garage, through the garage, and up an elevator in a hot building with no air flow. At the end of 2.5 hours you provided the payment code confirming the job was complete, also the item you say we broke was an overpacked vacuum sealed bag that was broke when we go on the truck I have video of the truck condition

• The movers were very fast and efficient handled my items with care i would give them a 10 out of 10 for all their help and accommodations i tipped the movers with cash
