  So great I was trying to help out and literally taking the items out my hands telling me they got it so thankful and so relieved I felt bad it was a second floor but that didn't effect their work ethic at all they were awesome.

  Helping Hands

  There were some communication issues from the beginning. I changed the appointment time from the afternoon to the evening through Uhaul. I was driving from Dallas to outside Galveston so I would not have been able to be there until 6 at the earliest. The movers had no idea and told me that they don't really have anything to do with Uhaul. I needed to return the van the same evening so I wasn't sure if I would be able to work with them but they were able to make it. I needed them to unload a cargo van. I knew I had them booked for two hours so I also asked them to unload my minivan when they got here. They weren't happy about that. They got the job done but there was a bit of a vibe. Luckily I had packaged my items well because there were clear signs they had dragged my items through the dirt.

  Chicago Pack & Move

  One guy was loading the truck while the other guy was watching. It took the movers a little over the 2hrs when it should Not have. All the guys had to do was load the truck from the storage unit & unload in the garage at the home. I had to pay for another hour to unload the truck. The two guys stop & talk at times, instead of loading the truck. Didn’t have that problem when it was time to unload. I would Not recommend these movers! It appears that these guys intentionally go slow the first 2 hrs to get more money.
