• The movers, Quincy and Anthony, were excellent- professional, polite, and followed instructions perfectly. Conversely, the phone coordinator was highly unprofessional. He delayed the start time twice (a two-hour delay total) without introducing himself or clarifying his role. The exact minute our initial window expired, he forced the crew to stop unloading and aggressively demanded a payment code before allowing them to continue, despite having already approved and quoted a potential extra hour in advance, (that is, when he finally answered my call after several unanswered texts spanning to the previous night). After assisting the crew myself, paying them for the overtime, and providing a healthy tip, the coordinator called back demanding even more money. When I tried to clarify the payment, he hung up on me. Great field execution, abysmal administrative management.

• I had a fantastic experience with Chicago Pack & Move! Jonathan Rivera and his team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, so I always knew exactly what to expect. When it came to the actual move, they were extremely efficient with their time and packed the truck like absolute pros—maximizing the storage space perfectly while ensuring everything was safe and secure. They made what is usually a stressful day as smooth and hassle-free as it could possibly be. I would definitely hire Jonathan and his team again without hesitation, and I highly recommend them to all of my friends and family!
