    Good evening. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Your time and your belongings are our main concern when assisting you with your move. Our goal is to make moving day less stressful. Customer requested a change in start time on the day prior to the move, and we were unable to fill that request of moving the time of arrival. We pride ourselves in meeting your every need, and I apologize again for not being able to fill this request for our customer.
