We used FHL Movers once before and they were great. This time was quite different. The movers arrived an hour and a half late due to lost keys, which fortunately wasn’t a problem for us. They did try to communicate with us but some of the calls were dropped, texts didn’t always come through, etc. The guys weren’t very professional and both kept looking like they were going to pass out. I understand that carrying books and furniture downstairs is really hard work - that’s why we hired professionals to do it. But these guys seriously struggled with the heavier stuff. I was a bit worried about them at one point.
