Moving Helpers are individuals or small businesses who offer their labor services on our Marketplace, many of which specialize in loading and unloading U-Haul truck rentals and U-Box® containers.
I’ve used 4 movers over the past 10 years or so and these guys were by far the best. Punctual, fast, professional but also very easy going and great to talk to. They got us moved quickly without damaging any items or the home. Made sure to wrap all large items and furniture, and even broke down some furniture as well. Can’t recommend these guys more.
We booked for 3 hours, but they could only stay for 2, then said we could use the thrid hour whenever we wanted the next day so we planned to meet them at noon and we had planned our whole day around getting their help, then after I reached out (they did not contact me) to confirm noon still worked they said they were busy until 5 so we just had to cancel. Very frustrating.
Shaz and JD were FANTASTIC- will absolutely hire again if I need movers. Were super flexible and timely with communication when U-Haul kept making changes to my UBox delivery time frame last minute. Efficient and clearly experienced. Very professional- I had complete confidence in their caring for my items as they moved them.
