  • Hey, I wanted to follow up about the scratches on the walls and furniture. I do appreciate that you offered to fix it, but I have to be honest that the way the situation was handled didn’t sit right with me. It felt like the focus quickly shifted to the additional hour of pay rather than the damage that happened. I understand you have a lot going on and a big family, and I’m not trying to be difficult. I just expected a little more concern about the condition of my place and furniture. I’m still open to figuring out a way to get the scratches fixed so everything is made right.

    I regret you feel that way seeing I initially told the guy you had with you to take the legs off. I have all tools needed for assembly and disassembly. He said no not to and take the table as is. I even offered to fix the scratches myself and you declined. Everything could have been settled then and there. Instead you declined my offer to fix the situation. As for charges we worked an extra hour but I did not charge for disassembling and reassembling your bed nor the table because you declined my offer to fix the scratches.
