  • I would not recommend this company after my experience. I paid $745 for them to unload and unpack a U-Haul. One guy was a great employee. However the other complained the entire time and ended up cursing and quitting on the job after I expressed to him that I was not a fan of the ongoing complaining. My family was also helping these guys unload the truck. The unpacking never happened. I paid for a service that I actually didn’t even get. The dispatcher refunded me $100. However that was absolutely not a fair reimbursement after the lack of service I received. I had to do a lot of work myself but yet I paid them. Also a lot of my furniture is either tore up or banged and scratched up. This is just my experience and I feel scammed to be honest. The $100 reimbursement did not make this right at all seeing as though about 40 percent of the work was done and the customer service was piss poor. I would give 0 stars if I could. I ended up having to pay others to get the job done!

  • The workers were fast, efficient and very careful unloading our 20' truck. Was really pleased with the service, would not hesitate to use again
