  • I don't know if the description was shared of what we were doing or not, but we were trying to move a couple appliances including a refrigerator. The guys were really nice and tried but weren't prepared and it was a little bit of a struggle. Our door needed the door removed and ultimately we didn't get the refrigerator in the house and one of the items that was really heavy was left in the yard and my elderly father and I had to finish moving it in the house, They had to leave because they had another job, but I wasn't aware that was left in the yard until after they left. luckily I had rented an appliance dolly so we were able to move it. I think this company is great for moving furniture and household good, they were careful and very nice, not able to move big heavy items.
