• The Moving Team was extremely professional. They called me the day before the move to communicate all the details and arrived early to pick up my U-Boxes. They had to wait three hours because U-Haul did not have my boxes ready, which was due to a glitch in their system. I was really disappointed in U-hual and how they handle the situation with the U-boxes. Nothing to do with movers at all. I was very pleased with the service; the team kept me informed of updates from U-Haul. During the move, to ensure my daughter's furniture was handled properly, they took apart her vanity, brought it in piece by piece, and then reassembled it. They also set up my daughter's bed. Overall, their service was top-notch. I highly recommend them for their speed and professionalism. Thanks to them, I was able to get my daughter's place all set up.
