They were running a little behind the day of my move but communication was great and loading was quick. My only issue is how they loaded the truck. The 1 case I said needed to lay flat was stood up, boxes that clearly said glass had heavier objects on top and there was no accounting for load shift during the drive. By the time I reached destination several items had moved and while none of my stuff was broken there was a big gash down the truck wall where a metal rack had slid.
