  • They contacted Uhaul & told them I wanted to cancel after asking me for the payment code but I never wanted to cancel this service. They did not deliver my Uboxes and complete the service. I am still expecting the service that I paid for

  • I can't say enough good things about them. It was a short notice, worst circumstance situation and they made the best of it and I can't thank them enough. They were so helpful and polite considering the circumstances. I would definitely go through them again and highly recommend. I wish U haul communicated better with them or us but it was short notice so I can understand.
