• Only one individual arrived on time. The other one arrived about 15-20 minutes later. The one who arrived on time ended up leaving 20-40 mins earlier. They didn’t have any tools or equipment luckily we did have tools and moving equipment. They didn’t put our kids bed together correctly. Screws were left out and the bed was unsecure. Duke was really nice and inviting overall.

• Setting up and communication was great! The actual helpers were okay, one young man had great work ethic but very little experience. The other man slightly older than the young helper had little motivation and only moved a box at a time. My father and I had to help with moving the supplies as the help was incredibly slow and the movers were not sure how to load the space properly. I’m concerned that I will find crushed delicate items at the bottom of the storage unit. Our WI movers who loaded the truck did the job in 2 hours. Our Sioux Falls unloading help took 2 hours with 2 movers hired and myself and my father loading the carts and moving items as well. I would rate the younger man a 4 stars due to the effort he put in, but the slightly older man a 1 star due to lack of effort.
