    Booked this company through U-Haul. Company used contractors found through Craig’s List, they are not employees of the moving company. Contractors are not licensed, bonded, or insured. Company sent contractors to the delivery (unloading) address, not the originating (loading) address. Contractors arrived by Lyft (no independent transportation) at the unloading address and I had to pick them up and drive them to the loading address. Company refused to cover damages (breakage) to base of small electric piano stating ‘Well for one we don't move pianos. For two they are independent movers anything they damage they would be responsible for’. Company representatives unprofessional in communication by phone and text. They are a less expensive option but don’t expect customer service or any responsibility if or when things break or go wrong.
