  • The supervisor, Elvis, was good at loading the truck, but he put a 500 lb. tool storage box on my kitchen cart and ruined the wood top and broke all the wheels under the cart. He put furniture in the truck and left marks on things that may or may not come out. The helpers complained about everything, each other the boss and doing the job. They were not prepared for the heat of the day and left several half bottles of water, which I provided, everywhere. They spilled something on the carpet and left a mess in my house and never said a word about it. Very unprofessional. I had to bring boxes from upstairs because they couldn't work together to get the boxes and furniture downstairs. Not happy with the company at all.
