This was by far the worst moving company I have ever experienced. To start, they arrived without a dolly, which immediately created problems because my apartment has a long hallway. Instead of being prepared, they complained about the distance the entire time. On top of that, they rushed through the move and handled my furniture carelessly, which resulted in my headboard and several smaller items being damaged. Despite moving a one-bedroom apartment with minimal furniture, the entire loading and unloading process took five hours. To make matters worse, they left one of my dressers in the hallway of my old apartment and failed to return one of my bar stools. Overall, the experience was extremely unprofessional and stressful. I would strongly recommend being very cautious before booking this company.
