Movers arrived two hours late. Then when they arrived, acted like it was no big deal. Top things off, they reeked of weed and caused household damage that has to come out of our pocket now. This all could’ve been avoided if they were thinking logically instead of dragging everything across a floor. Clearly were affected from being high, illegal in the state of Georgia by the way! We expressed our frustration with U-Haul since this was a third party they recommended from their listings. U-Haul showed amazing professionalism and assistance with how unprofessional this moving company was. Needless to say, we’ll never be utilizing or recommending this company to anyone, ever.

We take these claims seriously and maintain strict professional and safety standards The flooring damage referenced was present prior to our teams arrival and was not caused by our movers. We also firmly deny any allegation that our team was impaired we do not allow any employee to work under the influence and you also were informed of delay and had no issues with late arrival Our team used proper equipment and standard moving techniques when handling the washer and dryer We are willing to review any photos or documentation to ensure the situation is accurately represented We understand the stresses of moving but the information presented is incorrect
