They were 4 hours late, which caused my husband and I to load the whole truck but the did unload at service address. I paid for 3 hours but only got a total of 2 hours worth of work.

The guys arrived ready to work. They were respectful and worked hard to get our belongings quickly loaded. They finished the 2hr reservation well under 2hrs with the help of our good packing and their focus to do an excellent job. I would us them again.

I was very disappointed with the moving service I received. I paid $237.49 for four hours of moving assistance and later purchased an additional two hours because the movers claimed they needed more time to travel and unload. However, the movers took multiple unnecessary breaks, including a lengthy smoke break, while I was being charged for their time. It became clear they would not complete the work within the additional time purchased, so I requested a refund for the extra two hours. To make matters worse, four of the six furniture pads used during the move were not returned, resulting in an additional $25.44 charge to me. The lack of professionalism, poor time management, and failure to return equipment made this a frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this provider based on the service I received.
