First the guys that did our move were super helpful and did everything we needed quickly. Note that while their phone based Spanish translator was needed at times it worked fine and efficient. However the work was required to be completed in the am to allow U-Haul return by 4. Help was supposed to be here at 11 and didn’t site up until 5 so we had to ask neighbors for help unloading.

I had reserved 4 helpers for 3 hours, but unfortunately the crew that was assigned had some vehicle incident and so only 3 helpers showed up 5 hrs after we had scheduled. By then I had already unloaded a lot. I appreciate that accidents happen, and the three guys that came were professional, efficient and worked well as a team. Only two door jambs were slight;y damaged, and that is because we have extra heavy motorized furniture ;)
