• Movers were quite good and fast. Coordinator and his communication were quite poor. After I booked, I got a spammy-looking text from one of the mover-coordinators, who did not introduce himself and who, when I asked, did not even identify the name of the company. I almost thought this was a scam, but he was able to give me contract information and even communicated about the movers who actually came and their job. The coordinator also had gotten the date wrong and texted me that his people were coming on the 31st (when the job was the following day on July 1). The coordinator was not able to give me a specific or expected time when the movers would come, even though I consistently told him that we would not have the truck until 1pm on the 1st. This caused significant stress. The movers were quick, strong, and kind to us (especially because we were clueless on our 1st move). They packed everything swiftly and securely. One of the two smelled of marijuana, but he still did outstanding.

• The two guys that came in and helped were extremely polite, understanding, and willing to listen to the particularities of our move. They offered suggestions and helped us make sure everything was accounted for. They were very careful in their work and all of our items were handled with extreme care. We'd recommend these guys to anyone in the middle TN area!
