We had contact care before this move due to customer commutation. First we have text with the customer stating my team can start her move between 4-5 pm. The customer tried to change the time to 3pm when they arrived but my teams were working on other jobs. I tried to articulate to the client that my teams were already scheduled for work at that time but we could not understand each other due to a language barrier.
