I had a mixed experience with this moving company. There were two movers, one of them was chill and quiet, but the other was extremely rude. While he may have been tired, that does not excuse his behavior. He made repeated smart remarks, ignored questions, and came across as blatantly disrespectful. More concerning was how little care he showed toward our belongings. Several plastic bins were clearly marked as fragile, yet they were handled roughly without any attention to those labels. This lack of care was frustrating and unacceptable, especially when trusting a company with valuable and delicate items. Also, I did not appreciate how he attempted to make a pass at one of the residents. Overall, the negative attitude and careless handling significantly impacted what should have been a straightforward move.
