  • They were both very nice and I very much appreciated the help. However, they were over 4 hours late which cause led me to have to extend my U-Haul reservation and miss help at my other home because I couldn’t be there. It was very very stressful. I did appreciate they helped me bring the uhaul back and took pictures for me as I do not get around very well. I appreciated that they did show up but it was one of the most stressful things ever. I paid $180.00 and it took them about 45 minutes if even and they only allow you to book a minimum of 2 hours. I just wish they would have been on time and not caused me so many delays and more money on top of it.
